Gorgon:

I found myself interested in creating a series of mythological creatures but they would have Kewpie-doll faces—a large, round head and matching eyes. So I did. This one is entitled Gorgon and was built in Adobe Illustrator. I wanted to see if I could turn Medusa into a 1950 screen siren. To get the Marilyn-Monroe-like look, I axed the snake eyes and tongues.
